Applications of DCC Offset Chain
Sugarcane transport
Chains are used to convey sugarcane from harvesters to transport vehicles, ensuring efficient and continuous transportation. Inside the sugar factory, chain conveyors move sugarcane from the unloading area to the pressing section, reducing manual handling and improving efficiency.
Compression section
The offset chain drives the rollers of the press, ensuring that the sugarcane is evenly squeezed to extract the maximum amount of sugar. The leftover cane after pressing is transported by a conveyor chain to the boiler room or storage area for use in power generation or recycling.
